Who is LG Energy Solution?

LG Energy Solution’s fully integrated system solutions include standardized containers with plug and play system.
Does the LG ESS come with a battery pack?
The LG ESS is provided as an integrated energy storage system, complete with PCS, ATS and Energy Meter. In the case of a DC-coupled system, RSD will also be included. For either the AC or DC-coupled system, a second battery pack is optional. The LG ESS is offered as both an AC-coupled solution and a DC-coupled solution.
Is LG Energy Solution replacing ESS home batteries free of charge?
LG Energy Solution is replacing affected ESS Home Batteries free of charge as replacement units become available. LG Energy Solution, its distributors, and its installers are attempting to contact owners directly, but consumers with recalled batteries may also contact LG Energy Solution to schedule a free replacement.
Is LG Energy Storage a DC or AC coupled system?
The LG Energy Storage System is offered as both an AC and DC coupled solution. The 7.6kW DC-coupled product can be installed as part of a new solar system, while the 5kW AC-coupled product is ideal for customers looking to add storage to an existing solar system.
